Our fifth grade students participated in the DARE program during the Fall semester. DARE is a series of classes led by police officers that teach children how to resist peer pressure and live a drug and violent free life. Each year, a Dare Student of the Year is chosen. This year, that student is Ethan Sonnier. Congratulations, Ethan! Also, the students write an essay about the Dare program, and one essay is chosen as the winner. The essay winner this year is Kara Carlson! Congratulations to you! We are so proud of our 5th grade students. Comments are closed.
